NZHPA Conference And Study Event (CASE) Survey
- y
our views are important

The NZHPA is the only organisation that is specifically focused on the needs of hospital technicians and pharmacists. What can we do differently and /or better to support your training and development, in a format that works for you?

We wish to understand:

  • What you would like NZHPA to offer in terms of education and training opportunities?
  • What you want the Conference to provide?
  • What you want the SIG groups and their study days to provide?

Attached below is a link to a survey that should take no more than 10 mins to complete.

All participants who complete the survey and provide a contact name and number will go into a draw to win FREE registration (member rate) to a 2018 SIG Study day of their choice; otherwise all answers will be anonymous.
Either way, all information collected will remain confidential, and any results published will be done in a way that does not identify the source
