New Zealand Hospital Pharmacy Association Mental Health Special Interest Group Symposium

We have a great range of speakers on a wide variety of topics and are delighted to have our keynote speaker, Dr Siobhan Gee, Consultant Pharmacist and co-author of the ‘Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines for Mental Health Conditions in Physical Illness’, join us from South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Symposium will run 8am-5pm Saturday and 8:00am-1.15pm Sunday.

NZHPA REFUND POLICY

For NZHPA SIG events (Symposia) the following refund policy applies:

If someone has registered for an event, but for unforeseen circumstances is no longer able to attend, they can contact the NZHPA Administrator nzhpa@nzhpa.org.nz to request a refund.

• If the request is made more than 7 days before the event, 75% of cost of event ticket will be refunded.
• If the request is made within 7 days of the event 25% of cost of event ticket will be refunded.
