Compounding, Nutrition and Oncology Special Interest Group (CNO SIG) Symposium and Foundation Level Seminar in Oncology Pharmacy
When: Friday 8 and Saturday 9 September 2023
Where: Domain Lodge, Grafton, Auckland
The Foundation Level Seminar in Oncology Pharmacy (Friday 8th) is a great opportunity for pharmacists with less than 2 years’ experience in oncology to learn the fundamentals of cancer treatment from highly experienced cancer pharmacists.
This is followed by our annual symposium (Saturday 9th), which will be a great chance to network with colleagues from around the country and to learn about lung cancer treatment, transgender health, parenteral nutrition and much more!

Friday 8 September:
Foundation Level Seminar in Oncology Pharmacy – a full day seminar covering the foundational knowledge and skills needed to work as a pharmacist in cancer treatment, covering pharmacology and toxicities of systemic anticancer treatments and treatment of common cancer types (see full program attached)
Saturday 9 September:
CNO SIG Symposium – our annual meeting for up to date education in compounding, nutrition and oncology and a chance to network with colleagues working in these areas (see full program attached)

If someone has registered for an event, but for unforeseen circumstances is no longer able to attend, they can contact the NZHPA Administrator nzhpa@nzhpa.org.nz to request a refund.
· If the request is made more than 7 days before the event, 75% of cost of event ticket will be refunded.
· If the request is made within 7 days of the event 25% of cost of event ticket will be refunded.
